Monthly common charge fees take care of these services, plus maintaining the clubhouse, pool and common areas. According to public records and the multiple listing service, there were sales at Hidden Ponds in Smithtown for 2011 from $315,000 for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit to $400,000 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. Sales may be subject to terms and conditions of an offering plan.
