It's a phone call I get ALL the time. Where can I rent a boat to check out Lake Sinclair? Because honestly there is no better way to explore the lake on your own than by boat. When you are just driving around you can't even always see the lake from the street to know "how big the water is" or what the view looks like from this area. And you really shouldn't just be pulling down driveways... EVEN if there is a for sale sign the yard. It's NOT an invitation to trespass.

Hi Tammy, now you can pull up your own blog for easy reference when you get those calls :-) Sounds like a great idea, for buyers interested in the Lake Sinclair area in general and waterfront properties specifically, to get a different perspective - from the middle of the lake!
A boat ride sounds very, very tempting right about now ..
You are the Answer Lady all right. I suppose people this that you'd know and guess what . . . they'd be right. Nice that you have a good blog post about it now! Get their email address, tell them you'll send a link and then put their email for your monthly e-newsletter.
Andrea- does sound good doesn't it? I did a post previously, but I think I had "headline issues" when I did it back in 2010, gosh I've hearned a lot in two years. so maybe than will find it if they look now, but of course I'd be happy to email a link.
