Prices are Going up and Inventories are Down in the East Valley

As illustrated in the table below, the market for resale homes in the east valley is improving. Throughout the first half of 2012 we have experienced steady growth. The times of the buyers market may be in the past. Even if you feel that you are upside down on your mortgage, there are options available to you.  With the “Mortgage Debt Forgiveness Act” set to expire at the end of 2012, now could be the best time to complete a short sale and avoid possible tax liability if this law is allowed to expire. I am part of a professional real estate team that has successfully completed many " principal forgiveness"  or short sale transactions in the past 4 years. There is no cost to you for our service, your lender pays.

Whether you have been waiting patiently for the market to change to sell or if you’re still upside-down we can help you. Please give me the opportunity to explain your options and review and analyze your home’s particular situation.
