Catch the culinary event of the Summer! Watch Chef Shawn Calley of Essex Resort and Spa's Amuse as he defends his title as Top Chef of the Champlain Valley. His contenders for the Top Chef title are Michael Clauss of the Bluebird Tavern and Andrea Cousineau of the Bearded Frog. On top of this competition, a fan favorite battle will be held in the Davis Center ballroom that some of the area's top restaurants and catering companies will be part of.
The Top Chef of the Champlain Valley will be held on August 6, 2012 from 6:00PM-8:30PM at UVM's Davis Center. This event is being held for the benefit of CVAA's Meals on Wheels and Case Management Programs.
Slots for the Top Chef of the Champlain Valley event are limited. So make sure to buy your tickets now. Advance regular tickets cost $40 each, while Advance VIP tickets cost $60 each.
