Get your tickets now for the party of the year in Sacramento!

If you are in the Sacramento area, or within easy driving distance, and you want to have a wonderful evening and support the Salvation Army, then you need to come to our cruise-themed Sip N Support party on August 10, 2012.

For the last few years I have been on the Christmas CanTree Committee of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, and each year we work all year long to raise money for needy families during the holidays through the Salvation Army in our area by sponsoring and encouraging fundraising events. 

Over the years that we have been doing this we have raised over $2 million, and we'd like to head for $3 million - why not?

The annual Sip N Support party is one of our most popular events, as it is wine tasting (from a number of area wineries) and lots of finger foods and sample dishes from a number of area restaurants - all included in the low $25 ticket price.  There is also a full bar where you can buy mixed drinks or beer.

We have dancing, raffle prizes, a silent auction, and tons of fun. 

This year with a cruise theme, we will have the venue decorated to give the feeling of a real cruise, with ports of call to different countries, and a great opportunity to
get your portrait taken - just as if you were on an actual cruise (but no need to get passports, pack luggage and no seasickness).

And if that's not enough, ONE OF THE RAFFLE PRIZES IS A REAL CRUISE!

So let me know if you can come.  You need to get your tickets NOW.  I have tickets for sale at $25 each - a real bargain.

If you can't attend, we will miss you, but could you donate a raffle prize?  Maybe a gift certificate for a service?  We'll even take cash!  Donations of any kind will be documented for you with a receipt for a tax deduction.

Anything you can do will be much appreciated, as the money we raise all goes to provide Christmas dinners and toys to families in the Sacramento region who might otherwise not have a Christmas.

And we can have a lot of fun doing it!
