Thanks for the re-blog, Carla! I've heard the attorney comment before as well and I have to say, I agree wholeheartedly. Why on earth do people believe that our profession is any less 'professional' than others? I always tell people that I have NO earthly idea what you do in your job and I'm sure with a little research, I'd STILL be just as clueless!!
Carla: Excellent choice for a re-blog. Debe's post was well-written and definitely timely. While I think the internet provides us all valuable information, nothing takes the place of actual experience learned while performing a job. Especially when gained over years of time. Everyone's an armchair quarterback these days. And if there's an industry that does NOT need that, it ours ...

Carla great Re blog I saw Debe's Title and I was going to read it but got busy.....I agree with her post completely
Carla I too agree this is a great re-blog which cover scenarios we call all relate to.
This is excellent! We have all had these types of buyers and sellers, especially during recent years. Debe is a master at getting these points across, strongly but pretty darn kindly.
Carla I missed this and thank you for the reblog - we all can find ssolace in knowing it happens to others as well
