Curb appeal and why you need it . The saying goes ''You never get a second chance to make a first impression" Potential buyers have to want to stop to see the inside of the home and if the outside is overgrown with weeds and has not been mulched or some other....Forget it ! Those buyers are on to NEXT. So you say you will leave that to the buyers to do what they want ,Then expect to take a hit on the sales price when you finally do get a low ball offer either way you pay for the landscaping. Why not do the work first and not get the low ball offer and instead get the higher offer because that buyer wanted to see yours first so they never moved on to the next one . Also buyers may think 'They never took care of the outside why would they have done anything inside " It can be inexpensive to do just a little work outside but well worth it in the end. My personal favorite place to get those Trees, shrubs, roses ,and plants is Stanleys Greenhouse . My husband got me 2 rose bushes for mothers day one red ,one yellow both purchased at Stanleys ...beautiful roses all summer even in the heat . If you would like more information about Stanleys Greenhouse in South Knoxville please visit their website. http://stanleysgreenhouses.com/ They also have a FB page https://www.facebook.com/stanleys.greenhouse

Curb appeal can certainly mean the difference if a buyer is willing to look at the inside.
