What Should I Leave Behind After I Sell My Home?
After you sell your home, it's easy to get packing and forget what should be left behind for the buyers.
1. Anything agreed upon in your sales contract, such as appliances, ceiling fans, etc.
2. Manuals and warantees for the appliances, ceiling fans, garage door etc.
3. Garage clickers and codes, and gate clickers.
4. Extra keys, mailbox, pool, shed, garage etc.
5. Service contracts, on appliances, air condiotioners, water heaters etc.
