I'm fairly new to real estate and I'm getting ready to run some adds in the paper. Consistant adds for about 3-6 months. I was told by the advertising direction of this paper that I should not put homes in -- but something that will catch readers attention. He suggested recepies ..Im not sure I want to go that route ..

This is where I'm hoping to get some ideas from everyone.. what are your opinions?
