Here is an link of an interview done that has caused an uproar with the liberal media.
Last night our pulpit preacher announced that we will join Gov. Mike Huckabee in showing our support for Chick-fil-A in the stance they have "always taken" in respect to Christian principals and virtues.
If you live in or near Dyersburg,Tn please join with the churches here in support of Mr. Cathy and Chick-fil-A and visit the local restaurant more often than normal and more specifically next Wednesday August 1st. I was in the restaurant today for a late lunch and they told me they have been packed all day.
Next Wednesday August 1st the local churches here in Dyersburg will ask all their members to eat at the local Chick-fil-A. I believe Gov Huckabee has a national campaign started for all the Christians to visit their local restaurant on August 1st. Our church, West Dyersburg Church of Christ have a monthly fellowship meal that night (August 1st) and we plan to order our "chicken". I am so proud of our leaders at church for taking a stand with Gov Huckabee and Dan Cathy.
Please ask your local congregation to announce(if they have not already) the interview and uproar the liberal media is causing and support Chick next Wednesday!
