Love this Blog post by Sandy! I have learned so much about Evernote in the last few weeks and plan to use it more and more. This blog post by Sandy really offers some great ideas for everyone with a busy life.
In using it for Real Estate you can create a notebook for each client, or transaction, or address, or however it works best for you. Then you can keep everything that occurs in that transaction together in one spot for ease of convenience. Contracts and forms can be kept here, as well as expenses, receipts, checklists, emails, videos, audio, texts and photos. Amazing!!Here is an example of a transaction for which a termite report and a termite completion had been emailed to Evernote (yes, you can do that, too).As you can see, it is checked off and you can create a link for it (it works the same as ahyperlink). So, let's say you are on the phone with your transaction coordinator or escrow officer and they ask if you have received the termite report and the completion report. When you see it checked off, you know you have it, you click on the hyperling which brings it upand right from that note, you can email it to them (no more searching for the hard copy, scanning, then emailing). Especially if you are away from your desk, you can complete this task as if you were in the office and not on the golf course because since it syncs with all your devices, you can be anywhere. How simple is that?I'm learning lots more about it and will report back!
