I was cruzing the internet on googles active rain and saw this terffic blog and I thought I would share this as we have to be so careful now. Everyone will take our money in these desperate times.

Learn a valuable lesson through a “scary” real estate story; most who read will understand the possibilities are basically endless for big Companies with endless amounts of money and little morals. It’s easy to imagine how easy it is for a big national real estate website company to take advantage of the Law, use the Law in their favor against those less fortunate. I hope this story helps others along their journey. This post is in efforts to enlighten others to be aware of the possibilities; even the best real- estate professional that has tons of real-estate experience can fall prey and become an easy target if chosen.
I hope it’s not shocking news, today we should be careful of big companies willing to risk transparency and good faith to make money and become public, we know they exist. This is supposed to be a very sobering wake-up call. The lesson to be learned; you don’t have to prove you’re right. Now that may sound simple but when unforgivable limits are pushed, and under circumstances, it takes all the strength of a person to let it go.

You have to turn the other cheek no matter what, even when unthinkable lies are sent to your Broker about you, if they’re lies you can’t worry about a smear campaign about you to your Broker, your Broker will have your back if they’re lies…And even if your Broker goes to bed with the Shameless National real-estate website that's smearing your name recklessly, there’s nothing you can do besides be honest and quiet. It. (Trying to prove you’re right)! Trying to prove you’re right can really end-up hurting yourself. Sometimes trying to prove you’re right is like swimming with dangerous, hungry, narrow-minded sharks; meaning there’s no point.
You’ll see the best way to get flees is by allowing yourself to lie with flees! You can’t get involved with scum without getting scum on you. There are many lessons to be learned, two major ones are. #1, you don’t have to prove you’re right, even if you’re positive & know you are. #2, you can become an easy target if a big real estate company sees fit, and there are national real-estate website companies that lurk, so beware. Think about what’s right and then do it; I always say; “It’s harder to do the wrong thing verses doing the right thing”
