Who would have thought that Piers Morgan, the Brit talking head at CNN, would agree with Mitt Romney's concern about London's readiness for the 2012 Olympics?

To be sure, hosting the Olympic Games is no small feat especially in a tourist mecca like London. Perhaps Romney should have spouted platitudes when asked about this?

He was candid, for he's the most qualified person to express concern. In the midst of the bribery scandal and fiscal problems of the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, he was asked to take over and he turned it around. He successfully executed a feat that the Organizerman in the White House can only dream of.

Good for Piers for being real.

Hi, Virginia - It was notable because, Piers agreed with everything that Romney said. No ifs, ands, or buts.

Romney is still right... have you seen the empty seats on pretty much all events? Sad to see, though.
