So a few days ago I wrote that Countrywide was going to go bankrupt. Right after I posted Bank of America annouced that they were going to buy Countrywide for 4 billion. Awesome. Anyway I wrote up another blog describing how Countrywide's buyout was a result of my blog. Anyway for anyone following this blog I wanted to print a retraction that Countrywide is probably not going to go bankrupt in 2008 unless they somehow take down Bank of America with them.
