What is the listing price? There are a few B&Bs for sale here but they don't make economic sense and financing is very difficult to get. The most I have heard of is 50% LTV. Good luck with this, cheers cvc

List price is $1,188,000 (Can $$)...turn key. In our Islands area, a B & B can be a luxury item, not an entry price point...mainly, they are busy in our "season" (May to October).
