5 Comments on Foreclosures turn up after steady decline
That is why I am really pushing my short sales business right now. Metro Atlanta has been hit with a slew of foreclosures. If Real Estate Agents can jump in and help this situation, we will get to recovery much quicker. Most of the banks that I have dealt with have been quite cooperative in avoiding foreclosure.
Esko I keep on reading how banks have been holding back on putting some of their foreclosures on the market, maybe this is the beginning of it.
Tonya,
According to RealtyTrac Georgia's foreclosure filings rank now #3 for this year, right behind Nevada and Arizona and ahead of California and Florida, the last four having been in the "lead" for a long time. Glad to hear that the lenders are playing ball and good luck with those short sales.
George,
The infamous shadow inventory is probably going to be gradually released as prices start stabilizing and even heading up.
Eric,
Thanks for stopping by and visit again soon.
