Today, I am spending my day off sitting an Estate Sale for my listing at 1096 NE Rio Pine Ln, Jensen Beach, FL 34957.

The families loved one passed away about 3 months ago and now their auction company stood them up for the sale, so Kevin B Tolbert PA of Keller Williams comes to their rescue.  My significant other and I have been here since 7 marketing, selling, loading furniture, and clearing this home out for the family.

Kevin- unfortunately I think Realtors often are assumed to be the "go to" person for sellers and in many instances this is what you want.  I've seen Realtors out cleaning a pool in heels and dress in the middle of summer, and I have another Realtor/friend who ended up watching their sellers' dogs while the house was being shown.  What you did goes a long way in showing another side of you to the seller... and that is one of a caring professional.  Hope you get to go boating tomorrow.
