I would like a townhome like this in Haymarket because I could work from the den and still watch TV in the family room and feel connected to my husband while he's cooking in the kitchen. Perhaps that's because I work out of the family room now and have no individual office.

Scott:  Not a new listing, but a listing with a new price.  Originally came on the market priced at $325K.

Carol Ann:  That about sums it up.

Elizabeth:  I think that the people looking at the home must not work from home because that has been the biggest complaint is that the study and the living room should be flipped.  For my money, I don't get having a living room in the same vicinity as the family room.  Having them on separate levels makes WAY more sense to me.  And having the study on the main level does mean that someone like us that works from home would still feel connected to their family while having their own space.
