Justin- good advice. I don't know about the Ashburn Virginia area, however I do know that just south of you where I work in Eastern Prince William County Virginia, buyers are definitely calling on signs and saying "what do you mean it is SOLD already?" Others have hesitated writing an offer on a house they like only to learn someone else bought it. Align yourself with a Buyers Agent ( consider us your Personal Shopper!)
