Is that House Still for Sale?  I get many emails and contacts through Active Rain and my web site that justNorth Kingstown home for sale make me chuckle.  It actually becomes an uplifting part of my day when something comes at you like a medicine ball (remember those from gym training?!) on interesting Rhode Island real estate questions.

So today another well versed Rhode Island real estate buyer is seeking me out on the internet and watching my YouTube channel and wants to know " Is that House still for Sale?"  ....you know the one that is in the corner of the video you did on Wickford Highlands neighborhood.

Well first I need to go back and review that North Kingstown video and secondly I did that video 2 years ago so I am sure it is not for sale anymore!  Now when I have about 20 houses in a video and I am not exactly sure what street I was on or what home you are referring to...it becomes slightly difficult to know.

So as a consumer if you are REALLY interested in finding a great waterfront North Kingstown home for sale, you need to call me before I do the YouTube video.  We will be way ahead of the game then and I will know what you are pre-qualified to buy (must have pre-approval in hand or bank letter stating you have the $500,000 in the bank to buy).  This makes all the difference in an intense waterfront Rhode Island real estate market for homes under $500,000.

What you thought it might be about half that amount?   Hmm, I am wondering whether you had a chance to read my blog the other day on You really can't buy waterfront RI Real Estate for pennies.  It is a decent read and is meant to put the reality of what it is like to buy waterfront North Kingstown homes for sale in decent condition in perspective.

I am being truthful...you can not buy a waterfront home for $225,000 and for some reason someone in the blogosphere is purporting it is possible (I might find you a find a fixer upper condo at some point!).  Perhaps in Iceland, not here in Rhode Island.  Call me if you have the funds or are credit worthy to buy and I am more than happy to guide you well in your waterfront RI home search.

If you are ready to find the right North Kingstown neighborhood and home for sale, contact a North Kingstown real estate agent.  I’d love the opportunity to help.  Phone me today at (401) 529-7849 or email me at RiByTheBay@gmail.com to schedule an appointment.  If you are ready to sell, I will be happy to do a Market Analysis on your home for you.   Is that House Still for Sale?

This is funny...yes, I have people asking about picts in a video too (or a few picts...from my franchise...and I don't know what they are since I didn't take them).  It's easier if they are real hardwood...at least I can find something like that, but not when it's a laminate or something fake and if it's been discontinued.  Like you, I try to focus on what they want and then find a good current solution for that.

Hi Ginny, great post and glad the videos are working so well for you.  We occasionally get calls off really old ads and really have to hunt to find out which home they are inquiring about.

Very funny and sad to say true Ginny.  I get these a lot as well though I'm not using video much.

Hi Ginny.  Enjoyed this.  I received a call like this yesterday.  Didn't know the price or the street or town or the color for that matter.   It was an interesting conversation to say the least.   Suggested.

Good Morning Ginny.. these sort of questions reinforces that videos are worth having. It makes taking the class and spending the time to do them worth while!! See you in Criags class soon... I'm trying to figure out so many things at once, but it is coming together.. =)

Great post Ginny, having a waterfront home one would have to spend what it is worth. We also have similar queries on homes in prime location of NYC but buyers price range is not realistic for those neighborhoods.

Ginny: The good news is...your online marketing is working because consumers are calling.  Hopefully this "buyer" will be ready to purchase and not lead you down a rabbit home.

Ginny, it is amazing when potential buyers find blogs or old listings and think they are still available.

I think we have all experienced this a number of times but in so many different ways...it does help with the business doesn't it?!

Ginny you just burst my bubble.  Here I thought that you were so good that all a Buyer needed to do was just think about a house and you would instantly know which one they were going to ask about.  I am very disappointed :) :) :)

Hi Ginny,

It's funny yet somehow also kind of sad. People really need to be informed or at least made aware of what they can or can't expect. Anyway, thanks for sharing. Keep up the good work as a top North Kingstown short sale agent!
