This is funny...yes, I have people asking about picts in a video too (or a few picts...from my franchise...and I don't know what they are since I didn't take them). It's easier if they are real hardwood...at least I can find something like that, but not when it's a laminate or something fake and if it's been discontinued. Like you, I try to focus on what they want and then find a good current solution for that.
Hi Ginny, great post and glad the videos are working so well for you. We occasionally get calls off really old ads and really have to hunt to find out which home they are inquiring about.
Very funny and sad to say true Ginny. I get these a lot as well though I'm not using video much.
Ginny * I have rental prospects who want to know if the rental listing I JUST POSTED ON CRAIGSLIST and is on my website is STILL AVAILABLE
Deb, it has to make you chuckle!
John, it is another point of contact though...
Bob, as off tilter it is ...it is a way to get new leads..
Wallace, i am sure it happens too on rentals...
Hi Ginny. Enjoyed this. I received a call like this yesterday. Didn't know the price or the street or town or the color for that matter. It was an interesting conversation to say the least. Suggested.
Good Morning Ginny.. these sort of questions reinforces that videos are worth having. It makes taking the class and spending the time to do them worth while!! See you in Criags class soon... I'm trying to figure out so many things at once, but it is coming together.. =)
Great post Ginny, having a waterfront home one would have to spend what it is worth. We also have similar queries on homes in prime location of NYC but buyers price range is not realistic for those neighborhoods.
Ginny: The good news is...your online marketing is working because consumers are calling. Hopefully this "buyer" will be ready to purchase and not lead you down a rabbit home.
Ginny, it is amazing when potential buyers find blogs or old listings and think they are still available.
I think we have all experienced this a number of times but in so many different ways...it does help with the business doesn't it?!
Ginny you just burst my bubble. Here I thought that you were so good that all a Buyer needed to do was just think about a house and you would instantly know which one they were going to ask about. I am very disappointed :) :) :)
Hi Ginny,
It's funny yet somehow also kind of sad. People really need to be informed or at least made aware of what they can or can't expect. Anyway, thanks for sharing. Keep up the good work as a top North Kingstown short sale agent!
