Are you familiar of SAIL? The Swim Association Invitational League (SAIL) started in 1964. Since then it has reached its goal of providing recreation activities for young people. There are more than thirty neighborhoods participating in this league. Being part of the SAIL give members the opportunity to share passion in swimming and also the value of teamwork as swimmers and their parents come together and work toward a common goal.

If you have a kid you should try to get him or her into SAIL’s summer swimming program. Not only that they will develop their swimming skills, they will also learn the discipline to get up every day and go to practice. Participate in the meets, be mentored by older kids, and learn about teamwork.
