The snap shot of the Alameda market shows that the number of new homes on the market last week's decreased to 14 since the previous week total of 17.  All statistics are very close to last week’s statistics, except the average number of days on the market has decreased from last week 30 to 23 days.

from $522,838 the previous week to the current week’s sales price of $544,000.  A snap shot of the Alameda real estate market does not show a true picture of the market trend.  More time is needed to determine trends.
