Fannie May has orchestrated a large bulk sale of 275 properties all located in the Phoenix, AZ area.  The properties are believed to have been purchased by a Chinese-owned Bank for $34M.  For details will follow as available but please read the article below by Phoenix's Arizona Republic.  Previous Fannie Mae bulk sales were not regionalized and were more difficult for any one investor to research and establish a value.  Although price and number of properties will still limit potential investors a more localized bulk sale of Phoenix properties will bring many hungry investors to the buying table.

1 Comments on Fannie Mae makes $34M Bulk Sale of Phoenix Properties

This on the same day that we learn that Ed DeMarco refuses to do principal reductions through Fannie and Freddie? What a crock! Take Americans' homes and give them to the Chinese at cut rate prices. Why are we not more like Iran who just sentenced four bankers to death for their participation in fraud? Oh! This is not fraud? Take from my clients and give it to China?

An insult to every American!
