I often hear: ' wow, nobody ever told me that!'. I like sharing or helping if i feel .....i'm not used.

For example: Sometimes, a client  request the information or consultation for  the only reason: their realtor is not available( chuckle)....

Fantastic yearly gathering at London Ontario Park in the woods...overlooking the peaceful lake... it rained but right at the time for people to sit down and have their meal.. the sky cleared and had a great BBQ meal, Armenian food and music.. and then we had our book signing event... I was outrageously happy to meet my child-hood friends, whom I have not seen nor heard from -----since fifth grade... Imagine?.. yeahh !!! tthat long..~~~. Bob, and friends thank you for all your encouragements and support... wishing you the best for the rest of the day... Lela
