@Kristine,
It is very imortant to know how to print out a text conversation. You never know when you will need it. In my experience, I had to proof my actions and show that I didn't do anything wrong.
@Nick, I sure hope you don't have to use it... but if you do.. now you know how. I am glad I was helpful.
@Michael... Featured you say...Well, I guess AR staff missed my post, or thought that it is not that important..
@Patricia, thank you for suggesting my post. I do think every person who keeps in touch with their clients and colleagues through text messaging should know how to print out a text conversation. Thank you!
Tatyana,
This is one of the most often asked questions in support groups. That is a pretty pricy app though after the trial is through.
Rich
Hello Rich, I agree with you, it is a little pricy.. but, oh boy, I was ready to pay anything to be able to print out my text conversation with that agent.
But what about Android? Sigh..
Tatyana, Thank you, this has become a concern to me lately with all of the texts that I receive!
Thank you Tatyana you never know when this will come in very handy. I see people all of the time hand "Judge Judy" transcripts of texts but I never knew how they did it.
Tatyana - This is great information which I did not know about. Seems pretty easy and I will have to check it out. Thanks for sharing!
Tatyana, I will check this out... I have wondered how to do it and figured there had to be a way. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Tatyana, great post. I noticed that there was a comment about Android and there is a solution for that too. You have inspired me to write a post about it!
Thanks, Tatyana. This will be much better than emailing them to myself!
Bruce
Hi Tatyana, wish I'd known about this a few weeks ago. I wanted to cover my as@ bases and printed out about 10 separate emails, this would have been so much easier. Lol.
Hi Tatyana, I posted about this if you have the Android version here
@Sandy,
Thank you! I will forward your post to Android users.. Couple of people asked me.
@Chris, I wish I could have time to watch "Judge Judy"... I love that woman!
@Debb,
Yes, I know what you mean... We never know that we will need it until we REALLY need to know how... And instead of e-mailing it to myself, I decided to find out how I can do it the "normal" way :)
I am happy that I could help.
I'm one of those Android users so I better go look for Sandy's post! Thanks for starting the conversation!
Tatyana - Thank you for this information. I do not have a need for it right now, so I will wait for the cost of the app to go down, but it is good to know. Sometimes you really need something like this and then the cost is the least of your worries. Hope this all worked out for you.
