I rarely do contests anymore. I have been far too busy, but this one looks interesting. Thanks, Scott.
Scott I too will be picking Barbara's brain as we're in the process of revamping our direct mail campagne for short sales and a few farms. She is the queen of marketing. Good luck on your goals and let's touch base and see how we're both doing. Kicking some major butt here!
Barbara will be a busy lady during this contest Scott, you cannot go wrong with her help.
That's a great goal to transition back into new construction as foreclosures fade out.
sounds like a solid plan Scott, always be marketing to the segments that are moving, Barbara will be a strong asset on your team.
Hey, Scott....I'm a phone call away....
Scott, It sounds like you've been around the biz for many years. It seems that Barbara is going to hear from alot of her fans on AR. I spoke with her yesterday and she was very gracious and informative.
Scott, I love working with builders, too, and I understand your passion. And, with some luck and some assistance, we can all see new home construction (especially the 55+ communities) boom again.
Your second goal should be easily attainable. And, you picked one of the best...Barbara really knows her stuff!
Hi Scott,
Congrats on the entry in the going for gold contest.
I can feel the passion that you have to see homes on paper before reaching the end product of becoming someone's dream home. I've never worked with new construction, but it must be really cool to help clients thru the many stages. All the best for the rest of 2012!!!
