When I saw this contest I knew it was the inspiration I needed to get me moving. I have been reviewing and expanding my business plan to be able to move and change with the market as the economy recovers. I have been very successful in Listing and Selling Bank Owned Homes in the last 5 years. I had past experience with REO and got in early in this "downturn". With the eventual decrease in Bank Listings my goal is to get back into new construction. If it takes the contest Go For the Gold - Active Rain Olympic Contest to get me moving , then it is well worth it. 

New Homes are my passion. I was brought into Real Estate at the age of 18 and thrust into the world of new home sales. In 26 years of Real Estate I have  worked with building, marketing and selling of Starter Homes, Condominiums, Luxury Homes and over 55 communities. This then enabled me to also grow a very strong resale market of homes with a great referasl base of very happy clients.
