A Simple Truth About Happiness

“Happiness is only a byproduct of successful living.”

Austin Riggs, Psychiatrist

As I see it . . . . . . .

A simple truth about happiness

Happiness means many things to difference people.

To one person happiness is business success to where everything else in their life is subordinate to their success.

They continuously miss dinners with their family because they’re too busy; they have an appointment and can’t make a child’s birthday party. They promise their children that they will come to their game and they never show up.

That person may find happiness in their business but it at the expense of their family.

Happiness means difference things to difference people.

I found that Walt Disney had something very interesting to say about success and happiness.

He said that he had been very fortunate to achieve the level of success that he had. But he said that his brother who was a postman was really happy and successful with his family.

Happiness is not a station in life or the amount of money you have.

The simple truth about happiness . . . . Is your about as happy as you set out to be.

I'm the marketing assistant for Robert Scheinfeld, a NY Times bestselling author who just wrote a new book on how to be happy.  It's called "The Ultimate Key To Happiness."  It offers a v-e-r-y different approach to defining what happiness really is, and a very different step-by-step path to experience it all the time, no matter what's going on around you.  The Internet has gotten so complex.  So many options.  Can anyone here share ideas for how to get the word out there about this important new book?  I'd love to hear your ideas.  I'm sure there are tons of ideas I've never thought of before.
