Client/Customer expectations
Recently it has been brought to my attention a few times about my quick response to inquiries and business in general. I am not blowing my own horn here, as they say, but response is key not only in the real esate biz, but any consumer business.
With our instant gratification society, it is even more important to live up to these expectations or your compettion will! Of course, with technology today, smart phones, tablets, etc., it makes it that much easier to be connected and respond more so than ever before.
Buyers out there are plentiful but certainly not in over abundance, so my theory is try and satisfy every need that comes along as a realtor never knows where his/her next pc of Business will come from. To all fellow Realtors- happy selling!
