4. SHOWINGS: You would not let us in to see it your home when we wanted to or needed to see it. You wanted more notice, you did not want us to come too early, you did not want us to come at dinner. We saw your neighbors house becuase they let us in, we do not need to see your house as we bought theirs.
5. CHOICE OF AGENTS: Perhaps the leading reason a home does not sell in you chose the worng aget to list with. You get what you pay for in this world. That discount broker offers discount services.
