According to the 2010 census, the population of our community was 11,710 with 8,870 housing units.

Our association has a total area of 9.4 square miles, of which, 6.7 square miles of it is land and 2.7 square miles of it (29.0%) is water.

We are located approximately 6 miles to the resort town of Ocean City and offer our residents some of the finest amenities on the Eastern Shore.  We offer our members 5 swimming pools (one is covered), tennis courts, basketball courts, skate park, playground, parks, beach club, swim & racquet club, yacht club restaurant and marina, boat ramps, golf clubhouse, and an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones III designed golf course.  We also have a state of the art Community Center, police and fire departments as well as a library, post office, grocery store, banking facilities, gas stations, restaurants and more all within a 5 minute drive.
