Holly Hills Bunny Enjoying the Park Like Atmosphere

We stopped off at our listing in Holly Hills this morning to take a couple of new photos. It was a beautiful morning here in Sylva, NC. Can you believe the day started out at 56 degrees? After the heat we’ve been experiencing the lower temperatures were surely delicious.

Obviously, this little rabbit thought so too. He was enjoying the shade from the dogwood tree and the view of the raised bed garden. He was very considerate to pose for me for a couple of shots.

The house in Holly Hills has such a pleasant park like atmosphere, that I wasn’t surprised to find this little rabbit hanging out.

Hi Mona, Did you happen to ask if the rabbits come with the deed, LOL. Cute little one but he/she was likley sizing up which of the plants he/she was planning for dinner.

Hi Mona,

I love little bunnies so thanks for taking such a cute photo. He doesn't look scared of you. When I find bunnies, they run off like squirrels so I rarely get one. Thanks for the photo and have a great week.

Mona, like the photos but would like to be there in person with a hot cup of coffee enjoying some of the 56 degree morning weather! Enjoy your day!

Roger...me?  I thought you were the darling of the get togethers...I refer you to Sheila's post singing your praises.  You come visit whenever you can and we'll take in the gorgeous mountains.  I would certainly help you plan but to take the tiara you've so recently won would seem somehow cruel.  My suggestion as to time of year would be late October to mid November.  The agents here are usually running like madhatters until then.  It would be fun.

Donna, it might be a flaw of mine but I can't seem to take just the listing photos...something always distracts me.

William, it sort of looked like the rabbit was at a salad bar too but there never seems to be any destruction to all of the plants.  I believe that if you buy the house, you gain a rabbit or two or three.

Kristin, the image of a rabbit running off like a squirrel is pretty funny.

Wayne, 56 degrees is pretty awesome.

He or she almost looked like a garden ornament when we first pulled up.  The park like setting of this house really lends itself to forrest critters.
