The current market is still a very strong buyer’s market. Yet, in looking at the graph for the last 18 months of sales in Watertown CT, it would demonstrate that the market has stabilized in price and is actually starting a slight upswing which hopefully will continue in the second half of 2012.

Ed, lower sales, lower average price, and more days on the market is not the direction that we want to go in.  Hopefully things will turn around for Watertown in the near future.

Ed, of course we want to see the market going in the other direction, but this is info that buyers and sellers need to know...this should be a tell for buyers to take advantage of a market that favors them.  Always a great job reporting conitions in your area.
