Even if you’re afraid of sharks, you can have fun learning about them this week at the Kemah Boardwalk. Shark Week in Kemah lasts through Saturday, Aug. 4, and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy.
There are shark arts and crafts, and face painting for the kids, as well as a shark scavenger hunt. And if you like playing the games on the boardwalk, they all have shark prizes to give away.
If you eat at the Aquarium Restaurant, you can enjoy behind the scene tours and shark feedings in the big tanks. There is even a touch tank for those who are brave enough to touch a shark! (Not Me!)
And, if you visit the boardwalk on Saturday, the 4th, you can enjoy the music of the Salsa Beats in the Plaza all day.
See you there!
