Thank you to everyone who responded to my "To Open House or Not" Question!

It just goes to show that there are more than a couple ways to approach a problem and find a solution, especially with the help of my fellow Active Rainers!

Recently I have been getting more than a few "email listings" in my mailbox - how does everyone feel about this approach? I have been considering combining this with the tradtional flyers in the mailbox for those potential clients who do take the time to actually drive by a listing.

Thanks again for all your responses-now I am going to click my heels together and wish for a great 2008 housing market for everyone!

I think the email listings are annoying spam...especially those from out-of-market!  If you are doing your job as a preofessional REALTOR and I am doing the same, I should know about your listing and you should know about mine (via the MLS).

I do flyer boxes on all of my listings.

Be of service! The rewards will come!

I agree with Matt - it is spam.  I do not do this as I hate it.  Now, if you want to send stuff like this to your clients - that is different.
