This morning I was taking my daughter's dog for a walk (that usual trip out first thing in the morning) here in Palm Harbor when I ran into a neighbor that always greets me while he is out walking his dog. This time he felt like chatting, so I stopped and we talked for a while.
Turns out we were born within 5 miles of each other in upstate New York and he worked for over 35 years in the same company my mother worked for when I was born. We continued talking and I found out that he and his wife are renting down here and may be looking to purchase now that the market is so low!
So while out walking the dog I not only met a neighbor and found someone that I have several things in common with, I also found a possible client. This is a little reminder to use every opportunity to expand your business. You never know where the next client is lurking!!!
