This month saw 7 homes sold in Hillsdale compared with 11 sold in June, and is down from 13 sold in June last year.  Home Sales are in full swing right now in Bergen County, and mortgage rates continue to hover under 4% for 30 yr fixed rates.

This coupled with lower home prices makes it a great time to buy !

 

Hillsdale is served by New Jersey Transit bus and train. Students attend Hillsdale Public Schools through grade 8, and high school students attend Pascack Valley High School with students from the neighboring town of River Vale.
