ASHLAND Manassas Prince William County VA Real Estate

Ashland is a community of 880 homes with two entrances on Dumfries Road (Route 234) approximately 3 miles west of I-95. As you can see in the photos they are 5 to 10 years old.

There are numerous commuting options available within 15 minutes of the homes. Commuter parking is readily accessed at I-95 where you can board Prince William County Omnide Bus, or join a Slug Line. Additionally, there is a Virginia Railway Express station at Rippon Boulevard.

Shopping is extremely convenient at the Lake Montclair Center and Fortuna Village Center, both of which are located on Dumfries Road just east of Ashland.

Marine Corps Base Quantico is an extremely short commute since you will travel against the traffic flow.

FYI - The homes within Ashland are 3-7 years old NOT 7-10 years old. As a matter of fact, the photos of the homes you are showing are more like 3 years old as those are from the newer sections in Ashland. Please update your info and double check your facts next time.

Thank you for the comment. There are homes in Ashland on such streets as Fincastle, Tinkling Springs ans Eppes Island that were built between 1998 and 1999. I will change the age range to read 5 to 10 years - the "7" was an error on my part.

Actually, some of the homes in ashland are over ten years old and the pictures that are shown are of paine run and are over ten years old. So i don't know what that other ashland homeowner is talking about. I even find it embarassing that i know this better than them because im only 17 and live in one of the houses built ten years ago. So please do not listen to "Ashland Homeowner", they don't know what they're talking about.
