Hi Chris -- as my advertising implies and indicates . . . I am an Exclusive Buyers Agent and do not take listings. I have been representing buyer exclusively for many, many years. This post is about the wonderful homes for sale UNDER $350,000 in a very (higher-end) city of Lake Oswego. I am not advertising listings. I am show-casing a sampling of the wonderful Lake Oswego homes for sale under $350,000.
Carla: I love the Lake Oswego area very much. It's so beautiful there. When work used to take me to the Portland area my regional manager had his office there and I enjoyed driving around the lake and through the neighborhoods (when I had time) just to see what the area was like. It's a wonderful mix of suburban with a touch of the rural around the edges, yet so close to downtown Portland. I really like downtown Lake Oswego, it's restaurants and shops and the lakefront park. I'm surprised to see these lovely homes under 350k.
