For the life of me, I can't understand why we as people follow the next big thing. Now should be the time for everyone who is willing and able to be a buyer or investor in this market. As Warren Buffett says, "Be fearful when others are greedy, be greedy when others are fearful."
Why you ask? Rates are the absolute lowest in history. Never before is your buying power, in my opinion, at it's best. Because there are still a lot of people who are still fearful to jump into the market and some are just testing the waters, makes homeownership a great investment.
Think about this, If you were to purchase a home today, you would be able to save the difference it would cost you to rent. If you can buy a property and turn it into a rental, I feel positively certain that the rent will cover the cost of the financing. Investors are at flooding the market and why can't you?
Don't just listen to me. Get the facts, do your homework and dive in. The WATER IS FINE!
