There were no foreclosures, only standard home sales, which is always nice to hear! The lowest priced home was a beautiful 3 bedroom, one-story home with gorgeous wood floors! The highest priced home also had lovely wood floors throughout most of the downstairs and a 3 car garage!
Average days on the market before receiving a contract was 33 days, and the average SOLD price was $220,660.
A healthy $74.41 was the average price/sq. ft. for the homes sold in Village Creek for the month of July!
