How long will this last!!

I am very concern where all of this is going, I really would like to get some encouragement at this point. I Have tried everything, but nothing seems to be working. I have 4 deals that I have being trying to close since November, I wish the banks will try to help agents out. What else do they want, We agents get up early in the morning, and go to the office expecting to do some sales, we do not get pay a salary but still we have our rutine everyday. The lenders should try to expedite the loans in a fast pace. I Just want to tell them WE HAVE A FAMILY AND ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS START WORKING.

Very frustrated agent.

Dora: Do you have mortgage brokers there. I am from canada but we use mortgage brokers a lot. They get pd. commission like us and can go to more than one lender. Gets things done fast. I realize your banking system is very different than ours but hope it helps. Good Luck Jeanette

Dora, You do get used to it after awhile. All we can do is our best. As long as you are doing that then don't let it stress you out. I know it's hard but if you don't learn how to relax this business will chew you up and spit you out. Just make sure you are working with qualified buyers and sellers and then do everything yo can to help them. That's really all you can do. Unfortunately there are so many things in this business that we can't control. You have to let those go.

I would be very worried if you have been waiting since November......from my experience that means they may not be closing at all. Hope it gets better for you.

I agree with Broker Bryant. As agents we can only control so much of each transaction. Even the best of loan officers can run into problems with the bank. Underwriters can take forever, conditions may be tough to meet, etc. All you can do is your job, making sure everything is ok on your end and waiting to hear the good news. While you are waiting, be pro-active and start looking for more business. As an agent, we can never have too much business!

I like to thank everyone for the support, I really feel that we are doing so much and we are giving 300% of ourselfs and getting back only 5% results. I will work very hard to try and close these deals and I will let everyone know how it went. New agents really need support from experience agents and I thank you All for your comments.

thank you
