Cindy, what a terrific post.  Made me want to call you and sign on the dotted line.  As I was reading this post I could actually see what you were writing about. I remember Occoquan River. In fact, many years ago we almost purchased a townhouse in Occoquan..it was located on top of the hill looking down at the shops/restaurants.
