Joan, thank you very much. It's a pretty nice home for under the $150k. The Louisville, KY market has picked up considerably since 2010 & 2011 and we are starting to have a shortage of quality listings for the amount of buyers in the market which has caused an increase in prices and a decrease in the Days on Market. I'm hoping for a quick sale!
