4 Coral Canyon homes sold in the month of July 2012~

                                                  1 home sold for between $140,000 and $160,000
                                                  1 home sold for between $200,000 and $250,000
                                                  1 home sold for between $400,000 and $500,000
                                                 

There were 40 homes for sale in the Coral Canyon Master Planned Community in July 2012  which is a 5.3% increase from July 2011 when there were 38 homes for sale.

Sales in Coral Canyon were down 20%  in July 2012 over July 2011.  4 homes sold in July 2012 and 5 sold in July 2011.

Average sales price for a home in Coral Canyon in July 2012 was $195,200.  Average sales price increased  36.97% in July 2012 from July 2011 when the average sales price was $142,517.
