In Edgewood for the 2007 year, 129 homes sold with an average price of $303,594. The median price was $275,000 and the price range of sold properties was $89,000 to $757,500 with an average of 86 days on market.

Edgewood had a total of 290 properties come on the market with an average price of $341,834, a median price of $289,900 and a price range of $22,490 to $1,450,000.
