It's such a pleasure to share the experience of my trip out to the master-planned community of Gale Ranch to see the newest model launches for the Mosaic at Gale Ranch collection built by Shapell Homes.

The Mosaic home collection at Gale Ranch is a very diverse collection with a home for literally everyone. I've listed some basic information about each plan and some of the high points of the features and amen ities, but the full list for each model is much longer (two pages in the Shapell information packet)

•·         The Abbington collection includes three different luxury condominium home floor plans each with it's own private courtyard and two bedrooms + office  or three bedrooms plus a 2-car garage. Sizes range from a generous 1,763 to 2.272 square feet and are priced from the mid-500's.  Each has gorgeous granite slab countertops in the kitchen and full backsplash behind the cooktop, custom radius drywall counters, well-appointed laundry rooms offering plenty of cabinet storage, durable "stone-like" ceramic tile floors in  entries, kitchens, laundries and baths in an array of beautiful color choices.

•·         The Florentine collection includes four different estate style residences on grand homesites with luxurious custom features. Each one of these residences has up to five bedrooms and a 2-car garage. Sizes range from a generous 2,698 to 4,323 square feet and are priced form the mid-900's. The list of features and amenities is so very comprehensive that it's difficult to mention just a few. Let's just say it starts from the outside. Porte cocheres, loggias, courtyards and turrets differentiate architectural styles and make each home unique. Then there's custom wrought iron balconies and/or ornamentation to enhance architectural elements. Shappell defines these kitchens as a gourmet's dream. The master suites are large and the master baths all include a relaxing tub. Of course there's an inviting 42" gas fireplace int eh family room/great room with decorative precast or wood surrounds (per plan).
