Ormond By The Sea Florida Condos for sale as of July 31 2012  

As of July 31, 2012 we have 48 Ormond By The Sea Florida condos for sale through the Daytona Beach Area Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  There are 35 priced under $200,000 and 7 of those are under $100,000. Additionally, there are 16 condos under contract pending closing of which 7 involve the lender as a short sale or foreclosure.  There are 7 of the 48 condos for sale involving a lender , either short sales or foreclosures. 

The inventory has gone down a tick since last month when there were 52 condos for sale and the total is still well below what it was as there were 61 Ormond By The Sea Florida condos actively for sale at the end of November of last year and more than double that number in 2010.

Hi Al,

Now that's a lot of condo's for sale. How is the market right now in your area?

Looks as if "On the beach" would be the preferred locations for the buyers. Then there are those buyers that say's it won't matter.

I like the area, I hope to make it there this fall. God willing.
