45 Comments on Update on Tish Lloyd: This was posted on Facebook by Cinnamon Wright
Roger, I have been busy and have not been here much. I did not hear about Tish but wish her a quick, complete recovery along with relief and comfort! Thank you for sending the word out.
Roger
I hope all is well.
Good luck and success.
Lou Ludwig
Roger, did not know Tish had surgery. Thank you for being such a good friend!
Sharon
Roger ~ the update about Tish feeling pain isn't surprising at all to me. She'll be feeling better soon, but when my thyroid gland was totally removed, I was on morphine for several days. Talking took a while to get back to normal .... and recovery generally is a couple weeks before you feel like yourself again. I'm surprised her doctors didn't prepare her for this, because what she's experiencing is completely normal for this type of surgery.
Sending thoughts and prayers to Tish and her family :-)
Thanks for keeping us posted Roger, you are a good man.
Tish will be in our prayers.
Thanks to all for stopping by and checking in on Tish. I'm sure the doctors did prepare her Maureen, but as Cinnamon said, she thought she'd be the exception to the rule, we all do, don't we? LOL. If I hear anything else I will let you know.
Wow ... I too have been away for awhile and didn't know about the surgery. I'll be hoping for a fast and full recovery.
Roger~ I'm continuing to pray. This all reminds me of when I was in the hospital last year. My heart goes out to them.
She's actually feeling worse today, Roger. I think the real beating is to her spirit -- she's not used to being down this long. I do know that having so many good thoughts sent her way make a difference though, so thank you all!
I will keep in my prayers. Going through simalar issues with my Mothe-in-law. I understand the needs.
Roger~ When I was recovering, it meant so much for me to get cards and notes from my friends and family. Please ask Cinnamon if it would be ok to send something. Thanks!
Roger, thanks for the updates. I don't always get to see what's going on with everyone on FaceBook. Keeping their family in my thoughts.
Hello Roger,
Thank you for the update, I have had Tish in my prayers and will continue...here's to a full, speedy and smooth recovery for her!
I'm actually the worlds worst when it comes to keeping up with Facebook, but because I know Cinnamon posts there, I have been checking to see if there are any updates on Tish. As I see them, I post them here.
Thanks to all of you for your thoughts and prayers.
Roger thanks for keping us posted with her progress! My Prayers for a quicky recovery!
My thoughts and prayers are with Tish to have a speedy recovery. Thanks so much for the updates!
Roger you are soo good at keeping us up to date about the developments, I am not sure I would be able to do what you do....
Roger * thanks for the update....and YES! Why can't they let you sleep and REST in the hospital?!
Roger, I love how easy Facebook has made to get updates. It seems it's beating many of the former news outlets for getting information out quickly. Looking forward to Tish being back to her normal self soon. No surgery is easy.
Roger, thanks for the updates. I just know Tish will be better soon.
