IT IS BEST TO GET BACK ON THE BIKE IN ORDER TO TRAVEL TO HIGHER PLACES IN LIFE

PHOENIX PROPERTY MANAGEMENTThere are times in life when things come right at a person and a decision must be made at that point in time. Well, this day came to my on May 29, 2012 when my prior real estate company was shut down. The details on how that happened are not very important at this time. However, it has taught me that everyone of us needs the following when practicing real estate:

  • PLAN A-switch to another real estate company
  • PLAN B-start my own real estate company
  • PLAN C-go back into the corporate environment

Many of us take our real estate career for granted and never have back up plans in case emergencies happen like mine. Luckily, I was able to move quick and make things happen unlike others that worked with me. Yes, I decided on PLAN A-switch my license over to another real estate company. Furthermore, I am very fortunate to have a large network of investors and vendors that have supported me in this move. This transition has taken all of my time and energy to build something awesome that will benfit my past, present and future clients.

I would like to thank all of my ActiveRain friends that have sent me Emails inquiring where I was since I stopped blogging. My first long break from blogging is when I lost my father-in-law last year. It has been just one of those years when lemons were coming at me to make LEMON PIES. So, I am ready to get back on the BIKING BLOG to travel to new places. The boy in this picture shows excitement and pure enjoyment when riding the bike. I feel the same emotions when I am blogging about my real estate career. I have taken one step back to take two steps forward.

Here is a little glimpse of what I have been working on for the past two months. Please feel free to visit

www.ezAZPropertyManagement.com.

It is a custom web site for full service PHOENIX PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND BEYOND!

I will be writing more blog posts about my past experiences for the last two months along with episodes of PHOENIX PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Harry - It seems to me that often when you turn lemons in to lemonade, something great comes of it I hope that you'll find that true of your new move.

In April 2010 the company I had worked for since 1996 was bought out. I had to find another company. I went with the company that bought my old company out. Hmmn. No longer there, in spite of the fact I really hate arbitrary change. Chose the oldest and best company in town. Now I'm a happy camper again.

Hi Harry,

The bad - you spend a lot of time redoing what you have already done

The good - you get to start from the ground up, using all you have learned to do it better

Thanks

Phil

Hello Harry,

Congratulations on your post being featured. No doubt that you are glad that you did not have to select Plan C.:) That could have probably been pretty tough and perhaps temporary. Wishing you the best. Great positive post and thanks for sharing.

Harry, it is always difficult when moving from one company to another especially when the company closes down with no warning. Glad to see you back.

Change is constant and one must be flexible and prepared to make decisions on a dime in which I was forced to make at the time. I am much happier today than I was two months ago. I am totally in charge of my own destiny. Thanks for the continued compliments and praises needed when making huge changes in life.

Keep pedaling, and don't look back.  When I started my brokerage 11 years ago, I had three other brokers pull the plug on me at the last minut.  Without a net, I took it all on myself.  I swear, I've never looked back.  Go for it.

You're very lucky to have 3 options.  I think most of us have 1 and tht would be to switch to another agency.  Starting your own requires alot of work and money and going back to the corporate world after working for yourself would be very confining.  Good luck in your decision.
