Another sold home in Franklin MA courtesy of Al and Cal Realty Group at Remax Executive Realty. It never ceases to tug at my heart strings when a Buyer makes their first purchase and is so unbelievably happy and appreciative that they now own a home. 
The new owners of 297 Lincoln Street were no different.
If I could just bottle those smiles, I would and take them with me everywhere.
It was a bit of a journey, but this Buyer was thorough and thoughtful. They spent time searching and talking, finally making a list of properties that they would drive out to see if they liked the settings. We would then go to see them. It was a joy house hunting with this delightful family.
When we finally found this home, they had to contend with another offer. That is not easy for a first time buyer in this market. It isn't really expected.
They put a compelling offer together. They won out and we closed this week!
